Welcome to my website!

Great News!….

I recently received my LPC-Intern license and will now be offering psychotherapy services to clients, specifically in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.  I will continue to specialize in assisting individuals with ADHD.  In addition to ADHD, I will assist individuals with other related concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions.  I will be completing my internship hours under the supervision of Nancy Brown, LPC-S.  I am in the process of updating the website.  In the meantime, should you have any questions about services offered, please contact me at (512)992-6083 or larahtherapy@gmail.com.

Psychotherapy and ADD coaching for adults, adolescents, and parents of children with ADHD.

Are you looking for a coach to help you manage your time at work  or complete projects at home?

Do you  feel overwhelmed with responsibilities and don’t know where to start?

Are you falling behind on projects at work or procrastinating on difficult tasks?

Are you a mom struggling to organize yourself and your children’s routines or schedules?

Is it difficult to keep your child on track while doing his/her homework?

Does your child frequently lose assignments, books, personal belongings?

Do you feel like you are working long hours and yet a large part of your day is wasted due to distractibility?

Are you a college student needing help with learning effective study skills, keeping a schedule or routine, and planning projects or term papers?

Are you frequently distracted and struggling to maintain focus?

Are you taking medication for ADD/ADHD and seeing a therapist, but still feel there is something missing?

These are some of the things that I can help you with.  As your coach, I collaborate with you to help you reach your goals.  While many of my clients have ADD/ADHD, you do not need to be diagnosed to benefit from coaching services.

Do you struggle with:

  • Time management
  • Keeping to a routine
  • Easily distracted
  • Procrastination
  • Overdue bills
  • Forgetfulness
  • Disorganization
  • Lessened work productivity
  • Initiating projects or tasks
  • Following through on tasks through completion
  • Keeping up with college studies, papers, projects, etc.
  • Poor study habits
These are some of the areas that I can help you with by developing customized strategies that are ADHD-friendly.
