Are you struggling with ADHD and wanting guidance and support?  I am psychotherapist and ADHD coach and I enjoy helping my clients learn more about themselves and develop new routines and habits that improve their success in life.  My goal is to help make your life easier! Please note that I only see adult (18+) clients, not minors.  I am able to offer parent support and coaching.

These are some of the things that I can help you with. I collaborate with my clients to find the most appropriate tools for them.  While many of my clients have ADD/ADHD, you do not need to have a formal diagnosis to benefit from organizational strategies.
